Damage Due to Shipping
We test all of our products for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Once you receive your order, please check your products carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Please contact us and provide us with detailed information for any product damaged during shipping. Please include a full description of the damages to the product, including photos when possible.
